Frequently asked questions
Does the visitor need an app?
No. The pass arrives as a message on any app, and they show it on their phone at the gate.
How do residents join?
They sign up on their phone. Management approves them in one click.
What if someone reuses a code?
It’s refused, the guard sees “Do not let them in”, and the attempt is logged.
Does it work with our gates?
Yes. Guards scan on a screen, with no change to the gate. Barrier control is in development.
Is our data safe?
Each compound has its own database, and only management and security accounts can open the console.
What does it cost?
It depends on your gates and units. You get a quote after a short call.
Tomorrow night, no notebook
Time to close the gate notebook.
A 15-minute demo, on a call.
